Linda Pressman is the Blog Editor of JWorld Cafe, Poetica Magazine's online blog, and a writer who is one of seven sisters born to Holocaust Survivor parents in Chicago. She is the author of Father of Sons, a poem which won the Best Published Award in Poetica Magazine in March, 2008. Her work has appeared in Brain Child: the Magazine for Thinking Mothers, the Jewish News of Greater Phoenix, and in literary journals including Znine, the Paradise Review, and the Maricopa Anthology. She is working on a memoir about her family. She has an undergraduate degree in History, did post-graduate work in Medieval History, has a Master’s in English, and has taught college as an English faculty adjunct. She lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband and two children. She also blogs at http://barmitzvahzilla.blogspot.com.

Linda, your profile is interesting. I too am a PG in Ancient Indian History & Archaeology with a graduate degee in English literature. Where can I read your poem Father of Sons? Is it available on Poetica?
