Poetica Magazine

Statement

Poetica Magazine is dedicated to publishing poetry, prose and short stories 
that will be of relevance to Jewish life.  We are looking for works that are inspired
by fresh insights evoked by natural and cultural experiences. They may speak
in many different voices that communicate, surprise or disturb
and that bear witness to the world in which we live.

We consider works for our print collections
published every Fall/Spring/Summer
and to our on-line special editions.

Starting in 2010, we will publish
an annual anthology centered on a theme.

We are also publisher of chapbooks
selected from our annual contest.


Poetica seeks to be a small and focused publishing venue.
Although not yet designated a 501(c) 3 organization,
Poetica is not for profit.
